A digital show house is a 1:1 virtual version of a physical show house that is built using 3D technology, which serves as an alternative to or supplement of a physical show house. It can satisfy the experiencial needs of different clients. Other than reducing cost, it greatly improves sales efficiency and success rates. Fidelity is up to more than 99%. It can be used on multiple platforms like large screens, desktops, mobile phones, VR etc.

3. What is the difference between a digital show house and a 360˚ panoramic show house?

A digital show house is built entirely out of 3D modelling, in which one can walkthrough any corner like in a 3D game to experience every detail. One can also perform various interactions, such as changing materials, changing furniture, switching lights on and off etc.

A 360˚ panoramic show house is a “pseudo-stereo space” that is built using imaging technology (6 images are combined into a stereo box and the viewpoint is at the center of the box). Users can only rotate and resize at a fixed point. They cannot walkthrough in all directions. Neither can they experience every detail of a particular furniture nor change the material or furniture etc.

How to Collaborate

1. What is the charge?

Our basic production cycle is 10 working days + number of layout sets * number of style sets * 4. For example, a project has 3 sets of layout with 2 sets of style each. Then, the production cycle would be 10+3*2*4=34 days. Special projects are an exception!

3. What are the payment terms?

Our payment terms are: an advance of 20% to be paid within 3 days after signing of contract; 50% of the contract fee to be paid upon completion of 3D model scene production; 25% of the contract fee to be paid upon confirmation of preview version; 5% to be paid upon confirmation of final version.

4. How is the contract signed?

We will provide a standard contract. The contract will come into effect after you sign it online.

5. What is the method of delivery?

We will deliver it as a software package+USB drive. The software is a local executable file; just double-click to run. We do not provide backups, so please save it properly.

6. Is training provided?

A tutorial has been provided on our official website. Moreover, the software package also provides the corresponding tutorial. Of course, you can also consult our online customer service at any time!

7. Do you provide design services?

We do not provide design services; we are only responsible for 3D+VR visual presentation and system development. It would be the best solution if you can provide the design drawings. If you are unable to provide them, please provide reference images.

A 360 panoramic show house needs to be built on the foundation of a physical show house by photographing it, but we can generate a digital show room without any physical show room with 3D modelling.

5. How is acceptance done?

At each phase, we provide video samples for user acceptance. Please pay the corresponding amount upon acceptance. Acceptance is done online.

6. What is the production process?
